Yarnt Supplemental Terms
These terms govern your use of Yarnt. They supplement the Haha Moment LLC General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply. Where these Supplemental Terms conflict with the General Terms, these control for your use of Yarnt.
1. The Service
Yarnt ("the Service") is a hosted task tracker that deliberately limits how much work you can hold at once. It caps the size of a workspace backlog and the number of tickets any member can have in progress. These limits are a feature, not a defect, and they change with your plan.
2. Accounts and Teams
You need an account to use the Service. A workspace can have several members with roles of member, lead, or owner. The owner is responsible for the workspace, including its plan and billing. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the backlog or work-in-progress limits by technical means.
- Place an unreasonable load on the Service through scripted or automated activity beyond the documented API and agent interfaces.
- Use the Service to store unlawful content or to infringe anyone's rights.
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate a workspace that materially violates this section, as further described in the General Terms.
4. Your Content
You own the tickets, projects, labels, and other content you create. You grant us the license described in the General Terms to host, process, and display that content so the Service can function, including showing it to the other members of your workspace. Deleting content or a workspace removes it from the Service, subject to routine backups and legal retention.
5. Robots and Agents
You may connect automated agents ("robots") to a workspace. A robot acts as a workspace member with a scoped, revocable token, and it can do only what that membership allows. You are responsible for the robots you connect and for everything they do in your workspace, and you can revoke a robot's access at any time.
6. Plans, Billing, and Refunds
One person on the free tier pays nothing. Paid plans are charged per seat, per month, billed annually, through our payment processor. Your price depends on the plan you choose, which sets your limits. Raising a limit raises the bill; lowering it lowers the bill.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time and will keep access through the end of the paid period. If a member joins or leaves, seat counts and charges adjust on your regular billing cycle. Receipts and invoices are issued by our payment processor.
7. Service Level
We work to keep Yarnt available but offer it on a best-effort basis, without a financial service level agreement. We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms or the General Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
